Ok here's an example of one of my days...this is about 1600 calories

-I eat processed food and candy...not a ton but i'm not 100% clean eating 
-the snacks aren't always as organized and together...i grab stuff here and there

idk i exercise for a minimum of 50 minutes (up to 90) and burn about 3000-3500 calories a week so sometimes i do get hungry...but sometimes when it's hard to meet calories i eat something processed that isn't terrible for my body


Breakfast:

1 cup cheerios
100 g strawberries
1 cup almond milk reduced sugar
(201 calories)

Snack:

5 whole wheat ritz crackers
chobani yogurt strawberry
(201 calories)

Lunch:
Tandoori Nann whole wheat, 365 brand (1 bread)
tomatoes (3 slices)
mushrooms (3 slices)
broccoli (45 grams)
feta cheese (0.5 oz)
(260 calories) homemade pizza

Snack:
banana (large)
0.5 oz planters nuts (no salt)
egg white (hard boiled egg)
(220 calories)

Dinner:
chicken breast 3 oz
neareast quinoa brown rice blend, basil, red peppers 0.5 cup
green beans 1 cup
1 tbsp honey (some used in green beans and chicken breast when cooking)
0.5 tbsp curry powder (cook with chicken)
(357 calories)

Small meal:
neareast quinoa brown rice blend, basil, red peppers 0.5 cup
broccoli 175 g
honey 0.5 tbsp (used when cooking broccoli)
evoo 0.5 tbsp (used when cooking broccoli)
(283 calories)

reeses cup (80 calories)

@Femme: I also have Cheerios for breakfast. I like that it's so low cal. I sprinkle some ground flax seeds on top. My nutritionist told me to give up almond milk in favour of soy milk because almond milk is poor in nutrients. I used to think almond milk was better because we already have so much soy in our diets through other processed foods but not so according to her. Also soy milk will count as a dairy portion, not so for almond milk.

For lunch, you might consider throwing in a little protein with your starch. It curbs the appetite for later (I know you said you can easily handle 1600 calories a day, so that might not be relevant to you though) . It doesn't have to be meat. Greek yogurt for instance is a good source.

Anyways, I'm still struggling with the 1600 calories per day and when I go over, I try to compensate by working out a little longer or taking more walks. I bet you're looking real good!

yea i generally just eat what i like...soy milk is gross to me lol

when i burn 1000 calories in one day, i eat a lot more carbs in that day...when your sweat smells like chlorine or ammonia, you're actually burning protein and that means you're not consuming enough carbs

it works for me, i get plenty of protein


my alotment for the amount of calories i burn every week are always met

     calories              carbs           fat            protein
     1370-17201    154-280g    30-67g      60-150g
