Finally off my work stretch.  Glad for a physical job so I don't lose too much ground.  The only thing is, my feet HURT.  Makes me not want to run.  Ah well, gonna hit up the gym for a regular workout.  Leg circuit and cardio.

i had to cut if off after 15 seconds he was too annoying with his lil introduction… 


im still sore from 2 days ago… it feels good though. i kinda missed this feeling..

My knees are starting to bother me when I squat. Particularly my right one. I did great all last week. I'm starting to notice my legs and arms firm up. I still have a ways to go. But I'm happy with the progress I am making.

i've been using a foam roller on my feet...helped a lot
