anyone dealing with knee pain? past two weeks, my right knee hurts

i've never re
ally had knee problems, just shin splints

all i know to do is ice it

^I have bad knee pain sometimes. A lot of moves I can't do in workout vids because it feels like my knees are literally going to explode.

same i've always done for years...run, jump rope & HIIT (so that'll include burpees, squats, jump squats, lunges, etc)

idk wh
at it is...i never do a workout with warming up and i always stretch

Sounds like your knees are overworked.  Plus, when doing things like lunges, squats, etc. its a good thing to not let the knee go past the ankle.  Try to keep your knees stacked on top the ankle.  Otherwise, it puts too much stress on the joint.

hmm idk...this is all my body really knows aside from yoga and spin class...i can't do boring workouts

my form's good...im just trying to see how people deal with knee pain
