didnt know if you eat too less, you can't lose weight or its even harder
lord, i dont have the appetite to eat 1600+ in healthy calories
my lunch was only like 350, and i still have 1095 calories to eat today.. the hell

it's not a serious challenge...i just need to work on flexibility so doing minimum 10 minutes of yoga every day in june

it's sooo hard...the more calories you burn, the more you have to eat

add honey, beans, quinoa, peanut butter to some meals to get extra calories

i'll eat the whole egg instead of just the egg whites
