i think i might do insanity soon...so bored...need to find new workouts

I ate 3 bags of popcorn today :(

Went for a walk and did some Yoga. Idk how ppl immediately work out after pregnancy. It's been 3 weeks and even yoga was a bit strenuous for me

You remind me of my sister and how she feels about playing basketball.

I'm only 5'8" actually I have just always loved the game.  My 7-year-old got the nickname Lil D. Wayde lol  I love it.  He has no idea how good he is and how these college players see it in him.  He's just having fun.  Meanwhile, I'm planning my retirement Wink

Aiming for 40 miles this month. 5 days a week 2 miles, I'm pretty confident I can do it. Throw in some abs one day a week and a leg circuit another. The last leg circuit I did I couldn't walk for like 3 days. Diagonal lunges are the devil but very effective because they work different muscles then forward lunges and squats.

I may take up squeem waist training again. I can't decide. I think I need to re-read that thread...

Went hiking on a butte (small mountain) this past weekend to add more cardio to my routine....legs are still sore Ouch but I can't wait to go back this weekend!


Reached the summit at 1,398 ft. in an hour and 15 mins.


This is me on the way down from the top (I'm also a yoga teacher Smile)
