OK this is kind of embarrassing. The 1st pic is when I weighed over 200lbs. The second pic is a recent one (taken 5/29/14).This is a great reminder of how far I have come.

going to start running again today. i missed it so much. eating pb oatmeal w/ cacao nibs right now before i go in an hour or so.

Ballistic exercises that involve the lower body more.

So things like box jumps jump squats jump split lunges etc etc

And for you static exercises increase load and cut rest times.

does she say how much she weighs in the 2nd pix?

(just curious, I find it interesting  what a weight #  looks like on different people)
