Ran in my new running shoes today. They are amazing. I feel amazing.
I'm glad I finally went to a running shop and got it done right.

I ended up gong to the gym this morning. Went pretty hard for about 45 min. I ran five miles tonight and Nike + lost the workout! This is the second 5-mile run I've done where my iPod just restarted on it's own in the past week. I'm really irritated because I can't look at my splits and trends. Happy to get a second workout in today though.

do yall give yourself a cheat day? where you can eat any fatty greasy food for a day?
i feel like giving in but my program is 30 days straight and i feel a cheat day will ruin things but boy im craving for tacos, burritos, burgers

i do a cheat meal once a week usually...this past weekend i had many shots, but i dont get to drink very often lol...but cheat days don't work for me, i can pig the f*** out
usually on saturday or sunday, i'll allow myself to go out to dinner or lunch, i try to eat right the rest of the day though
i crave foods all the time, so i make healthier alternatives...for example:-turkey sliders W/ lettuce wrap buns -pizza-nann bread w/ tomato slices, feta cheese, mushrooms, & broccoli -sweet tooth...i make my own granola balls http://insidebrucrewlife.com/2014/03/peanut-butter-cranberry-granola-bites/-cheese fries-cut up potatoes, drizzle olive oil, some salt, parmesan cheese, bake idk i look for recipes for the foods im craving or i just go have them for one meal
