Abs and a run.  Five or seven miles not sure.  Where I live I have to run two miles just to get to the trails so I guess I'll see how motivated I am....

Day 4 insanity done. I tried to start back a couple of weeks ago and promptly sprained my ankle during the warm up I think I need an accountability partner to keep me motivated.

LOL it's easier to lose if you're not naturally bottom-heavy/store fat in your lower body...

anyway HIIT is great for blasting away stubborn fat

no need to change your workouts, just change your diet. you are going to have to be VERY particular about the foods you eat...and you will have measure it out.

Once you lower your body fat, your muscles will show. Everyone has abs...its just that most have a layer of fat over them.

Ran in my new running shoes today. They are amazing. I feel amazing.

I'm glad I finally went to a running shop and got it done right.

yea thats why pictures are important...i did some comparisons to a month ago and there's been progress

it's just hard to see when you look at your body so much lol


my stomach is always the last thing to tone up and im impatient lol

I ended up gong to the gym this morning.  Went pretty hard for about 45 min.  I ran five miles tonight and Nike + lost the workout!  This is the second 5-mile run I've done where my iPod just restarted on it's own in the past week.  I'm really irritated because I can't look at my splits and trends.  Happy to get a second workout in today though.
