i noticed i can actually push through the jumping jacks/jumprope/ more jumping jacks part without stopping

but i still take needed water breaks Tongue

moved my yoga day up...my ass is really sore

literally everything on my body is shrinking except my stomach...i mean it is but i need to see like cut abs...rant over, being a brat

I feel your pain and feel the same way it is moving but not fast enough guess I will try to stay the course and keep working on it

...on the one hand I want to gain mass (and I do so quite easily when I'm consistent) but I also want the subtle definition in my stomach back (just an inch off)

...I know how to go about doing it but losing fat in my tummy=losing fat in my lower body which I don't want at allCry
