Thanks femme.  I just need more patience and to stay with it.  Reading the posts in here and workouts definitely helps knowing I'm not alone.  Sorry for being such a bummer today!  PMS is real lol

So tempting to push past my 99lb/45kg dumbbells on the bench but I suspect for I may teeter into injury territory if I go 47kg and above

*sighs*  I worked out and pulled a ....hip flexor?  *sighs*  i'm limping everywhere.  I can barely salsa.  I'm tryna rest it but it's so hard...I feel like i'm being lazy but I don't want to miss dance class next week.

My workouts have my face breaking out in a heat rash. I have been washing with cold water, attempted black soap, but that really dried my skin out. I went to Sephora and the lady told me to avoid scrubs and tried to sell me $80 aloe gel.

Tonight, I have a cycling class.

Planning to go to the gym 7 days straight. Day one yesterday. My thighs are sore but it's me against the elliptical today. Bytch ass shrew, I WILL tame you!
