Is anyone here a part of a running club? What should I look for when joining one?
There are so many around my area, Im a bit overwhelmed with the options.

i would think to try to find out if it's a club for a specific event or just to run...like what are their goals.


WORST spinning class in my life.  I walked out after 20 mins.  I could not do an hour of such sh*tty music.

Trying to lose 9 pounds before my 30th birthday in July. I'm also trying to get some sort of booty going bc it's clear I'm not squatting enough or lacking on weight training. . I have a month and 2 weeks left before my birthday so here goes.

After that, I'll only have 20 pounds left till my final goal. I want to get into running tbh... *sigh*

Running is great but hard on the joints.  This year I have been trail running.  I am part of a semi-local Black Girls Run group but I only run major events with them.  I prefer to be alone.  Listen to audiobooks and music and stuff - just dump my mind.  I LOVE my legs and butt when I'm running.  

I only ended up doing 5 miles this morning because I had to be somewhere.  An hour and a half in the gym tonight watching the OKC game.  They finally showed up lol

finished day 3.
im so sore from yesterday but i made myself at least do it. 

i ate a lot of protein today so i hope it helps my muscles tomorrow Cry

Burned 783 calories in 1 hour. This new playlist gave me so much energy. Legs feel like jello, but I feel great.

Ran 10 miles in 1:57:17.  I feel amazing.  Running is so addicting.  I need to rest tomorrow.  If anyone wants to be friends on Nike+ I'm LadyJock55

The rest of this day will be a lazy day.  I might hit the gym later but I might not.

apparently this app told me to eat around 1300 calories
didn't know i wasn't supposed to eat less that 1500, cause thats how much the body burns on its own..
so i guess ive been starving myself..

how do i figure out how much im supposed to eat then?

Are you trying to lose weight? Your body won't go into starvation mode on 1300 calories.
