I do the same thing when I run.  That's why I run outside though--I like looking at stuff around me.  It helps me forget I am running.

supposed to be my day off from exercise but my friend wants to drink wine and do yoga outside...idk how the wine factors in but about to do some yoga X from p 90x

Cherry B I will pray for you!  Squatting with weight is just, just Cry to me.  But think about the results!

MsBMW  I got 6 more days and I know I can do it.  I pigged out yesterday and miraculously didn't gain but as I mentioned I don't really cook anything bad.  I'm heading out for six miles in a few minutes and tonight will hit the gym up.  The work has no choice but to pay off!
