how bad is it taking 2 water breaks when they said don't?

it was my first day restarting the 30 day shred and i feel guilty i had to take a water break to catch my breath - even though she said no breaks :/

i finished DAY 1 and im sweating hard
 now i feel like i need to throw up Cry

take as many breaks as you need. you need to listen to your body and what it's telling you.  you're still burning calories

No breaks huh?  That's harsh!  I agree with E.  Do what you gotta do.  My feet hurt so I'm trying to think of low/no impact workouts for tomorrow......
