i forced myself to run 3 miles. I kept thinking about my legs in a romper.

Love this thread!  The GIFs were great!

I usually don't workout on work days but I did my 20-min Pilates routine.  My patients were spread out for some reason so I did more walking than normal.  Bout to do some squats with my kettle ball and ab work and call it a night.

as far as eating healthy meals

the only thing i got is chicken breasts with brown rice, at least its tasty! thank you lemon pepper gods.

anywho, do yall have like meal ideas that taste good, or have taste at all

someone in this thread told me to drink straight liquor to save calories...i hate you -_-

start mixing different healthy foods to create different textures and flavors. like instead of regular pasta, make noodles out of spaghetti squash and zucchini. you can try sweet potato hash, making brownies with avocados, whatever you can do to keep it interesting.

Put in another workout last night. I still have to adjust my diet. I find it hard to keep it to 1600 calories on the days I don't work out though. I'm not sure why. It's not an issue when I do work out, which is kinda weird. I'm gaining muscle and losing inches but I'm still not losing fat as I should. Adding a 30 min walk on my off days and buying a pedometer.
