wow your job really is physical. I didn't think lab work entailed all of that. You could skip cardio with all that activity but still do strength.

Cry I don't think lab work is normally this physical.

I just work at a small company that has me doing a whole lot of different things (beside the lab) because they can't afford to hire more people.

Bought a kettlebell and a new armband for my phone. My legs are sore from doing Shred it with Weights w/ Jillian. I hate her lol.

In other news I told my mom to take my scale and hide it. :/

i ain't been doing nothing sadly! lol. it's really hard for me to stay motivated since i cancelled my gym membership.

oh, forgot to add that I'm currently learning how to do a headstand. I'm at the part where I can kick my legs up to the wall behind me, but I have to do it off the bed lol.
