i did bench dips this morning and was able to stretch my legs out straight and cross my legs... i felt like a boss. I have never been able to hold my weight doing dips before...i really like this program..im getting stronger and stronger...

my butt has gotten smaller, which im happy about...but i dont want it to get flat

going to do this after my treadmill workout tomorrow



Workout Structure

  • 10 Squat Variations
  • 10 Reps Each; 100 Reps Total
  • Equipment: Optional Dumbbells
  • There is no warm up or cool down in this particular video; both are recommended

Printable Squat Challenge Workout

1 3 Point Squat Hops (Sumo; Regular; Ski)

2 Rocker Squats

3 Super Slow Squats

4 Ski Squat Jumps

5 Squat + Side Raise

6 Pop Squats

7 Ski Squat + Double Reverse Lift

8 Ski Squat Regular Squat Hops

9 Basic Bodyweight Squat

10 Rocket Squats

@femme didn't want to quote a bunch of pictures but that was awesome.  I love the before and afters.  I have been making little 360 videos for every 10 pounds and looking from the start to now was such a motivator.  I adore SEEING change!!

Today I did a Shred class at the gym (OMG) and 30 minutes elliptical and tonight I did Body Combat at the gym.  Whew!!  It hurts!!  ALL of it LOL  I'm down 2 more pounds for a total of 17.  

Oh, and hubby has lost 15!!  He also shaved his Rick Ross!  We are really striving for that wedding day look lol

KEEP AT IT LADIES (AND GENTS)!!!  IT WORKS WHEN YOU WORK IT!
