i did this treadmill interval workout instead of the other one i posted for Wednesday...the other one has gotten too easy

My trainer incorporated something similar in my overall workout. 45 minutes with steep inclines (10-15). Burns a lot of calories.

Dragging my weary ass to the gym in a few. I have a massive headache. This is gonna be painful.

Kettlebell workout with a little bit of weight training is all I have been doing to maintain. I've added a weighted ball in the mix. I'm happy with the results.... I still want to lose this stubborn 10 pds for summer... dh is like nah Evil Smilebut I like yes Big smile...

Good gym workout this morning.  Evening walk and Pilates.  I was just starting to feel myself and then I saw a pic of hubby and me Cry

It took me 3 years to gain this weight, I guess I can't expect to drop it off that quickly.  Regardless, it's a reminder to get it in!

I haven't worked out all week---silly period.  Tomorrow I will try to go to yoga.

Funny I'm doing a P90X workout this morning too but the kickboxing one.  I'll do a 20-min Pilates after.  So tight from a deep tissue massage yesterday.  

Hey fit ladies, what brand of jeans do you wear?  Do you get them tailored?  I got the little waist round bottom syndrome and I'm too grown to be rocking some applebottoms lol  I what a nice slightly tapered jean but I'm finding anything.
