Still eating fast food and chips and everything else when I want to. Just fitting it into my calorie goal for the day.

My routine now is high-intensity cardio in the morning - elliptical, bicycle and stair climber - low-intensity cardio at night - I have a lovely hilly walk to the lake and back that is about 2 miles and then Pilates at home for about 20 minutes to sculpt.  My goals are fat loss and toning.  I'm doing the 20-minute workout 3x a week and bun and thigh 3x a week.

i used to do these with ankle weights..

Remember Samone is also young..it's a bit easier for herLOL Congrats Samone.

I didn't work out yesterday....I want to go for a run today...but the way these cramps have me feeling...
