Down about 5 pounds since the start of using a fitbit. Loving it.

I am doing absolutely nothing different except being more consistent about tracking calories.

Still eating fast food and chips and everything else when I want to. Just fitting it into my calorie goal for the day.

My routine now is high-intensity cardio in the morning - elliptical, bicycle and stair climber - low-intensity cardio at night - I have a lovely hilly walk to the lake and back that is about 2 miles and then Pilates at home for about 20 minutes to sculpt.  My goals are fat loss and toning.  I'm doing the 20-minute workout 3x a week and bun and thigh 3x a week.
