First workout done.  I can't lie.  I'm really starting to feel myself and I'm not even halfway to my goal.  I just love how my body feels!  This is so much work but it's already paying off.  Tonight I'm doing some class.  If it's step or zumba, I'm walking out.  It's supposed to be hip hop dance....we'll see.  If it's whack then I'll do back and biceps in the gym and 30 min of cardio.

Just came back from zumba... still too soon but im glad i went the rythmless btches beside me kept hitting my hand, its swollen. I dont think im gonna do kickboxing tomorrow.

i ate a slither of sirloin over a salad before class.. im gonna have more then walk my dog.
