Saw the nutritionist yesterday. It was more of a preliminary appointment really. She'll get more specific with me next week, in terms of portions and all. I've definitely been eating too much fruit. She says no more than 3 a day. No more almond milk (not nutritious enough). Back to soy milk.

Really? Did she give details about this?

Sooooo dragging booty to the gym.  Great workout yesterday but it was only cardio so I'm not feeling all tight and sore today.  Gonna do abs, leg circuit and rowing for cardio.  I know it's mother's day but hubby is working in the yard so I'm going to get it in now.

I missed spin & sculpt
Eh I don't wanna work out today
I just had left over steak--so it's all protein...and will just try to keep it light and sexy today.

Workout done:  Abs and leg circuit.  Rowing machine got the shoulders good but I couldn't get into a rhythm.  I managed to stay on the stair climber for 5 minutes which sadly is a record for me.  Elliptical and Pilates.  An hour and a half for 780 calories and 30% of them from fat.  It was a really awkward workout but I'm so used to doing the same thing.  Thinking about working with a trainer since my kids are off sports until June and I'll have some extra time and $$.  I just need ideas for workout routines.

good job!  I love the rowing machine...I might have to re-introduce it.
