Put in a workout last night. I'm so sore. But I have to go back to the gym today and tomorrow to get all my weekly workouts in.

Saw the nutritionist yesterday. It was more of a preliminary appointment really. She'll get more specific with me next week, in terms of portions and all. I've definitely been eating too much fruit. She says no more than 3 a day. No more almond milk (not nutritious enough). Back to soy milk.

i ate like  fatty last night
the 4 cheese bacon mac and cheese & that porterhouse was amazing. no regrets!!!

i did wake up early and run 3 miles before bootcamp [I am doubting the accuracy of my Nike thing]. Whatever it was 30 mins.

and then went to bootcamp and we did all cardio today--loads of sprinting....so my meal was fine.

Elliptical for 2.5 miles, ran 2 miles for an hour of cardio.  I've made it through two parties today without eating the crap.  The last party starts in 20 min. and is a ladies night.  I have managed to shave another pound off and I have to hold on to hope and realize I'm not even halfway to my goal.  This is not party time.  Not easy but it will be worth it.

I have been walking all week with my little sis, about 45 minutes around track. I saw a beach body ad this morning about 21 day fix. Mainly it's a workout and eating plan. The containers are color coded for veggies,fruits, carbs, protein, etc. I am cheap lol, so I searched for the sizes. Do you do something similar?
