JP, how'd it go with the trainer? I always hear about muscle confusion. You're supposed to switch it up every 6 weeks right?
Pity, I blame at least half of my weight gain on my husband. I know exactly what you mean. Half the time I wouldn't even cook if he wasn't here.
Anyway, I think I'm becoming a soupie. A slow cooker is a working mama's best friend. The man and kids loved the 15 bean soup with sweet and red onion, garlic, bay leaves, celery, avocado, two chicken breasts, pepper and some liquid smoke. I covered it all in chicken broth and slow cooked it about 6 hours. YUM!! Is all I have to say! I took a small portion for work and savored every bite.
I did NOT drink enough water today though. I didn't pee even once through a 12-hour shift smh I'm working at it.
Workout was some Pilates at home. I'm trying to hit the inner thighs real well. Didn't lose any more pounds but honestly I just try to maintain on workdays.
