Today feels like a fail for me but I think I'm being too hard on myself.  I did an hour-long workout of elliptical, bike, Pilates and planks.  But I had a piece of fried rockfish with hot sauce it was superb.  I looked it up and it's not terrible for you and has lots of protein.  I just didn't want to fry Cry  

I will get my second workout of abs and leg sculpting in after supper (which is torture when the whole family ain't eating like you).

Sticking with it!  Fourteen pounds down, thirty-six to go...

I don't know if I am doing these stomach vacuums right 
so I didn't include them in my 500 abs a day

250 complete now time for bed

just me forcing myself to work my abs more
afro said something about strengthening my core 
basically you do any combination of ab exercises
but it must add up to 500
some 250 in the morning 250 at night

I'm eating too much & too late. Had dinner at 11pm the past 2 nights. No mas. MrE is leaving on Sunday for a couple days for work.  I'll miss him but it'll be great not to have to eat dinner with him.
