I'm starting to make this thing up as I go now..I'm going to go back to high protein.

Breakfast: eggs and bacon
Lunch: chili
Dinner: green smoothie (80% greens 20% fruit)
Snack: cashews

Only in this phase.  I watched the same documentary and bought a juicer too LOL  I love juicing on days that I'm home but when I'm working it's hard.  

On another note, I did not get to the gym due to a crazy, crazy (in a good way) day.  But I did do a two-mile walk.  Tomorrow gym for sure!

Walked with little sis at track for about 45 minutes. She is home from college for the summer so we should be working out together.
