Okay so my doc says protein twice a day and no grains at all.  He thinks I should be able to pretty easily drop 30 more lbs by the end of summer.  He also told me to drink more water.  Heart rate is good.  Talked about low libido and he said my body is using all it's energy to burn fat and keep only the necessary systems going.  Sex ain't high on the list.  He said to have an afternoon coffee to "perk up" lol

Workout today will be elliptical intervals, Pilates and arm circuit.

Did spin today and did that working out hungry/fasting sh*t--which I'm actually gonna stop doing...anyway did 13 miles.

Bootcamp tonight is at 8 so it gives me 7 hours to recouperate.

ThatGirlD thanks for mentioning you're seeing a doctor so that we know we can't all do it like you.

Hopefully you will never have too!  Your workouts sound phenomenal - you go girl!  I packed on 55 pounds of baby, stress and school weight over a 10-year-period so with that much weight to lose, I'm only stopping short of pills and surgery.  There may be others in my situation though so that's the only reason I mention.  I've seen the skinny girls with the "love handles" talking about losing 5-10 lbs and it's more depressing than encouraging for me personally.  I post for the 25+ weight loss goals mainly.

Did all exercises and swam outdoors Sunday

Focused on pool stretches for my hips and back in physical therapy today
And some resistance exercises

For most of these, no need to know how to swim. A lot of them are done in 3-5 feet

I am trying to lose 40-50.  I have about 15 off. Being in school and then studying for the bar did me in.  I wanna get it all off before I turn 30 next year just bc I know things slow down dramatically. before I could just kinda workout and like eat a lil lighter and I'd be fine. Now a sista gotta work.

Good job on your weight loss! I am actually taking some of your diet tips.

All I've had to eat today is a banana.  I am starving but I'm too lazy to feed myself.Ouch I need to eat before bootcamp tonight.

Eat protein!  That's what my doc says.  You're lucky to be under 30.  I could sneeze 5 lbs off in my 20s lol  I'm 33 today and have seen a significant decline :(  HOWEVER, you can bring that metabolism back.

Congrats on 15 lbs!!!!  They always told me diet was 90% of it and I'm a believer now.  I have 40 to go!  We in this together Heart
