felt like a little old lady doing pool hydrotherapy for my physical therapy, but that ish is fun. and my legs actually felt it when i got out the pool

Four mile run part in my hilly neighborhood down to the lake, partly around and the back home.  My miles are between 11-12 minutes on my mid and long runs and with the half marathon being in September, I have plenty of time to shave some time off it.  Last years' time was 2 hr 46 min for an average mile time of 12 min 46 sec.  This year I'm shooting for 2:30 or 11 min 45 sec miles.

I'm going to make a goal of running 5 miles a week until I start training in June.  Not much but enough to keep the muscles trained.  My focus currently is reaching my goal weight and maintaining it.

dang, i cant even walk 11 minutes

then went to bootcamp
my ass was tired but i had to burn off my calories for the day

Just finished turbo fire 45 class. Yay me. Jolie yes fitness is a full-time job. Time for me to put in the work to see the results I want.
