bootcamp yesterday

30 min run outside today.  I wish I were a boy.  I genuinely like running outside especially in the woods but I am always so paranoid. It kinda ruins the fun.

I changed my eating plan on the 28th and was 7 lbs down as of yesterday.  I worked and gained two back.  I'm tall so it's really not noticeable at all.  My weight fluctuates wildly and it's so frustrating.  Today I had an apple around noon and a steak salad at 5.  I'll probably wake up with a net loss of 10 lbs but it's back to work in the a.m.  so hopefully it's a good day.  Sipping tea has really been helping too.  I did do some Pilates and planks today but no cardio.

Sigh.... consistency I keep telling myself.  Act like my goal weight self until I'm there and then act like I been there.
