ok it's may---I need to get snatched for the gods so I am going to eat really really clean in addition to working out
I have about 5 cheat meals

1. bday
2. wedding/bachelorette party
3. meetup w/girls
4....
5....

I QUIT Sugar Free Red Bull and I use the 5 hour Energy.  I don't get adverse effects. Consider taking methylated B12 by dissolving it under your tongue.

I used to buy 5 hr energy by the case from costco. I used it to pull all nighters (more like 36-48hrs). I had no crash either
