cleared the stack



front squats managed half my back squat weight .. which is pretty good



had me wanting to take my track suit off and strut around the gym like .. these legs are the sh*t..

if you arent using a lot of weight yeah

but generally not good if you're using a weight where you rep out at 8-10 reps or less

One of the groups im in on FB was talking about ATG squats vs just not going down the ground but just before and pausing for 4 seconds to get better gains. 

Does anyone pause while squatting? my leg day is tomorrow so i'm going try this theory out....

No I do 20 reps... so I don't go that heavy..

Is there a trick to keep on exercising over sore thighs?
I just started working out seriously again and my trainer devised a regimen with a lot of squats. I still have one workout to go this week but yesterday my legs wanted to give up on me. Not sure they'll get through another set.
