Zumba or dance class with ankle weights or nah? Is it too much? I have legs like Tyra Banks. All thighs/hips and dinky ankles but i hate squatting.. my shins cant take it

congrats Gabi!

lemme tell you how my body rebelled against that damn workout today. REBELLED. but i thugged it out at 31 mins, 10 miles.  I've done better and faster but whatever.  I need to get back in my workout groove.

I walkraced 2 miles today then did strength training x 1 hour at the gym....then rejoined Weight Watchers and went to a meeting. Did 2 miles on monday, tooApprove TBABY is BACK!!!!Clap
