just had a quick upper body workout...it wasn't the best tbh but I'm hoping to get stronger as the weeks progress

my little cousin was doing the exercises with me...holding up imaginary "dumbbells" and everythingLOL

I just texted my coworker about zumba.. my arms are sore as if we were actually lifting weights. One of the kids fell and i told her she was on her own... Ms Ming cant lift you today. I told her to go walk it off

I need to get back serious about my workouts. I always fall off after a month or so, but I start so strong

All is takes is one weekend outside my normal routine, and I'm thrown off completely, smh.

I went to the gym today and did abs, back, chest, arms, legs. I also worked out my butt by doing some fun butt bridges with the 45lbs plate. I need to try the 60lbs dumbbell to see if it won't fall off.

I've been lazy af this past month, but I lost another 6 pounds! Not sure how that works though cause I've also been eating a restaurants, food trucks, boozing it up having a good ol time...

I'm going to start lifting weights and doing my squats, I lost my butt Cry

So why no one never told me that front squats were gonna make my abs hurt like I've been doing situps? Yesterday I did lower body only different variations of squats and I'm so sore today. Well I Google it. And to my surprise front squats work the core better than sit up. Hot Dog I think Ima keep them
