just came back from zumba.. I liked it. I almost had to tap out 30 mins in cause my feet were killing me. I haven't taken a dance class in years and my flat feet weren't having it. Shin splints and a sharp pain at my "arches" I need to research orthotics again... Wouldn't be in this position if I woulda worn them when I was 11  tuna wrap, apple juice and water for dinner

did 45 minutes of lower body. 30 minutes woith weight via yt fitness bender. Then I stumbled on this video. 15 minutes I liked it bc the girl is animated and black with a twa and headband on lol sorry posting from my phone

im working 12 hour days for the next 7 days -_- im going to try to work out before my shifts but if i dont ill stick to my meal plans (1400-1500 calories)
what i have planned for the week
breakfast: eggs, bagel thin, & banana or cheerios, almond milk, & strawberries lunch: cabbage, quinoa, chicken breast dinner: broccoli, ground turkey
snacks: almonds & grapes broccoli & hard boiled eggs strawberries & cottage cheese

why when you put it like this, eating clean doesnt seem hard but when i try to do it, i cant get it right. idk if that makes sense but yeah.. might try this out! i have no direction in eating clean so i try to copy pictures and what people eat lol

i dont eat completely clean...there's some processed food in those meals
i only eat things i like honestly
