I have done the 30 day shred and I mix it in now as part of my routine. I think you need to get what works.for you. I think 2.5 lbs is light. 5 lbs is ok. I have 10 and 5 lbs. You don't want it too light that it does not build you and not so heavy that you can only do a couple reps before you quit.

well before, i was holding my 10lbs ankle weights and i felt a great burn the next day

so i should get a set of 5lbs weights? = 10lbs total?
im so confused Cry

btw, how much weight did you lose with the shred? or were the results good
i have heard A lot of great reviews and i tried it before but i just never stuck through bc the 2nd or 3rd day i couldnt move, so im going to try to fix that

but yeah, just wondering if its as great as everyone says
people say they lost little weight but the difference is there with the inches
they probably gained muscles

I've been pretty consistent with my smoothies

Always adding new stuff to them.

Going to get some wheat germ tomorrow and some more fage 0% fat free yoghurt

Still strolling to get to 4l of water though

I think the protein can aid your recovery. Many prefer a protein drink over eating after workouts.You like Fage Afro?

I haven't worked out or did anything in two weeks.. smh.. This is the week of my trip.
This is the time I should be working my muscles the hardest. I will go today. I will resume my workputs hardcore next week. I still have goals that need to be obtained.

you better stop playing and go to the gym. I heard vegas has a bunch of buffets so lose 7lbs so you wont be too bad off if you gain it back don't do too much, you dont wanna be too sore to twerk
