well before, i was holding my 10lbs ankle weights and i felt a great burn the next day
so i should get a set of 5lbs weights? = 10lbs total?
im so confused 
btw, how much weight did you lose with the shred? or were the results good
i have heard A lot of great reviews and i tried it before but i just never stuck through bc the 2nd or 3rd day i couldnt move, so im going to try to fix that
but yeah, just wondering if its as great as everyone says
people say they lost little weight but the difference is there with the inches
they probably gained muscles
