YUP ME NEITHER!!!also thats good to know about the incline b/c I run uphill on the TM so maybe thats why it was doable today

since organic fruits are pricey, i buy the regular ones and wash them with apple cider vinegar. I read about it on facebook a while ago, a lady said that it removes the wax from the pesticides (or something similar). I like to put 4lbs of oranges in a huge cooking pan that I have, pour water inside and then pour some apple cider vinegar. I let it sit for at least an hour.



I wouldn't worry to much about the oranges since the skin isn't eaten.
