I went to the gym today, did butt bridges with 35lbs plate, and it turns out it is pretty easy for me, and I only started it this week!
I will try the 45lbs plate or the barbell. After that they don't have any heavier, and I don't think I can (or should) stack two heavy plates on my abs.
I worked my arms, back, legs and butt. Got back home and ate eggs and drank a cup of milk. I was planning in running at the beach today but since I procrastinated yesterday and did not finish some school work, I will sit my ass home today
