I did 2 sets of 20 reps of butt bridge with a 35lbs plate yesterday and it was not difficult.
I will change to 3x15. They have a barbell at the gym, I think it is 40lbs, so maybe I'll try it once the plate becomes too easy.

I need to find adjustable 20lbs ankle weights for my donkey kicks. The 10lbs one will be getting easier in a couple weeks.

If you can do 8+ reps for a set with 35lbs...And you want more size, increase the weight

I went to the gym today, did butt bridges with 35lbs plate, and it turns out it is pretty easy for me, and I only started it this week!
I will try the 45lbs plate or the barbell. After that they don't have any heavier, and I don't think I can (or should) stack two heavy plates on my abs.

I worked my arms, back, legs and butt. Got back home and ate eggs and drank a cup of milk. I was planning in running at the beach today but since I procrastinated yesterday and did not finish some school work, I will sit my ass home todayCry
