I was gonna do upper body weight training today but I'm till sore from outdoor excursions this Saturday.  I am going to KILL my bf.Cry

Been working out well with Turbo Fire but on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night, I really ate and drank the wrong things.  One step forward and two steps back!Ouch

I didn't workout this weekend. Though I did take my dad to the doc and the hospital. I had to push him in the wheelchair along with folding it up and putting it in the trunk, taking it out. So I suppose that counts.

those workouts are usually 80+ minutes long, so it's very possible depending on your weight and how hard you work

i generally think the men & heavier people burn that much and everyone else is a little less, but still close
