I planned to do my "Basic 15 workout" - 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins eliptical, 15 flights of stairs

But, I ended up doing 15 mins treadmill, and 1 hour & 15 mins eliptical b/c I was waiting for the Fort Hood news conference to come on

I did well.

My gym is having a free demo bootcamp, imma go. I have 2 months to get to my goal sheesh.

Since the weather is nice now I won't mind getting up early to workout.

just gonna stay at home and do a DVD instead. Prolly the 30 day shred, then a lil yoga or something. My hubby said it's hell getting on and off base. We are at fort Campbell btw. Full car searches etc... And we go on base to workout, but can't be bothered with it right now.
