I been experiencing a Plateau for the last 2 months. I am not going to give up though I have lost 35 pounds so far. Current weight waivers between 153-158 depending on the day. I will not the scale defeat me. When it gets warmer I will start walking more and running and jogging and doing more outdoor activities and I am sure I will drop another 10 to 15 pounds. Do not give up when you experience a Plateau it is better to maintain then to give up and gain the weigh back so I will keep this in my own mind as well.

I ran twice on soft sand at the beach today and it felt really good!
Running with my sister motivated me, because I ran for a long time without stop, and usually by myself, I will run by 4 towers and take a 3-minute break. But she doesn't live in L.A.Cry

I am going to the gym twice this week and then going to run at the beach again next Saturday.
