heyyyy EPITOME Wink still training girl, im too conscious to get on stage unless im 100% lol. My plan is to compete this July...I'm super focused. I stopped drinking as well, just trying to do everything I can to get to my best.

I'm gonna count my two a days as workouts bc my body hurts and my shins are killing me.  Bootcamp this evening and I'm hungry.  I might just have a drink and call it a night. Just realized I'm leaving for my trip in 2 weeks and that will be 2 weeks of not working out.

I went to an after-work nutrition/exercise course today. So what if I'm only in it for the free tablet.

He's talking about basic stuff I already know, but it still motivated me to go to the gym.. so that was good.


I hate when people stand too close to me in the sauna.. gtf away from me!

I fell off of everything really. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost anything since my last weigh in. Going to go hard again because I'm still stuck at only losing 4lbs since I started this journey in January which I still don't understand.
