I fell off of everything really. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost anything since my last weigh in. Going to go hard again because I'm still stuck at only losing 4lbs since I started this journey in January which I still don't understand.

not typically bc I don't want to spend that much time at the gym.  I just went a lil hard because I didn't workout for three days. So I worked out 2xs a day on Tues. & Wed. 

thanks 510.  you absolutely can! I couldn't either when I first started  7 weeks ago.



I need to figure out what to eat before class bc I got so hungry in the middle of it and started feeling weak.  I had some protein [baked chicken] and juice before but that wasn't enough for this class.  I just hate eating before working out bc it makes me feel sick/heavy but then I run out of energy. I used to eat bananas and pb...I need to go back to that maybe.

I started Turbo Fire last week. I did not realize how out of shape I had gotten. Disapprove

Tonight's workout is a 15 minute HIIT workout followed by a 30 minute sculpting workout with a resistance band.

Do you like Turbo fire? I have only done fire 45. I did not realize I was so out of shape either. I power through by sheer willpower. I am grocery shopping next week. Going to get salad mix, veggies, chicken breasts and plastic containers. Making them up in batches so no excuses. I can grab and go and put that crock pot to work.
