dont feel bad I started this in July........its going on a full year 

8 months.  but I haven't been as consistent as I could have been.   I run 4 days a week for 30 minutes.  I walk  a mile and a half 5 days a week on my 30 min lunch break.  twice a week I do weights for my arms and back,  the other two days I do leg work.  I plank a lot and do moderate ab work.  I'm starting to love doing spidies.

I recently added step aerobics to my routine.

honestly I don't have a goal.............well yes I do and it's not to be fat.  I would love to be 150 again, but  IDK how my body would look and feel being that small.  I haven't seen that number since 2004

sumo squats, long-step reverse lunges, romanian deadlifts, supermans and calf raises done!

...I hate working out tbh but I love how I feel afterwards and the results I get so I'm happyLOL

..workouts will have you questioning your life sometimes like "cherry why the are you doing this? why??"Cry LOL

Love all of the bolded... you really need to add hip thrusts to your routine you butt will pop like POW!!!!!!!

I've always wanted to try hip thrusts...I've heard good things about them,  I might introduce them into my regimen in the next few weeks..."POW!!" is what I'm going forLOLEmbarrassed
