im working midnight to 8 am tonight -_- for the 3rd time

never doing 3rd shift again...didnt exercise at all and ate processed food all weekend

My body fat is currently at 23%. I'd like to get it down to 20%

dont feel bad I started this in July........its going on a full year 

8 months.  but I haven't been as consistent as I could have been.   I run 4 days a week for 30 minutes.  I walk  a mile and a half 5 days a week on my 30 min lunch break.  twice a week I do weights for my arms and back,  the other two days I do leg work.  I plank a lot and do moderate ab work.  I'm starting to love doing spidies.

I recently added step aerobics to my routine.
