I just bought a new Jump rope,medicine ball,walking belt with resistance bands, and hand weight gloves for under $40 time to ramp this Shyt up my birthday in 2 weeks. I am about to get it in making some homemade chili today. I'M ready.

Gotta go to school tommorrow in the morning, but I'll wake up early and do 30 min of youtube HIIT (fitnessblender) using my tablet. If I'm not feeling like doing that I'll do an hour on the treadmill

im working midnight to 8 am tonight -_- for the 3rd time

never doing 3rd shift again...didnt exercise at all and ate processed food all weekend

My body fat is currently at 23%. I'd like to get it down to 20%
