Ok! So today I increased weights on everything: about 5lbs on the leg lift standing cable, plus while doing the same exercise but sideways (only 2.5lbs though). I also increased to 10lbs on donkey kicks, did butt bridges with a 25lbs plate (fun!), abductor/adductor chair increased to another 5lbs each, leg press I started on 135lbs and ended on 150lbs (150lbs was a bit of a struggle on the first set).
I also increased on the machine for abs, back and another one for leg that I don't know the name.

Overall, it was a very productive day for working out.

I just bought a new Jump rope,medicine ball,walking belt with resistance bands, and hand weight gloves for under $40 time to ramp this Shyt up my birthday in 2 weeks. I am about to get it in making some homemade chili today. I'M ready.
