I read a lot about CLA on Body Types. Apparently it burns the belly fat; lots of girls reported losing their bellies after taking it, and some were taking it with maca.

Ok! So today I increased weights on everything: about 5lbs on the leg lift standing cable, plus while doing the same exercise but sideways (only 2.5lbs though). I also increased to 10lbs on donkey kicks, did butt bridges with a 25lbs plate (fun!), abductor/adductor chair increased to another 5lbs each, leg press I started on 135lbs and ended on 150lbs (150lbs was a bit of a struggle on the first set).
I also increased on the machine for abs, back and another one for leg that I don't know the name.

Overall, it was a very productive day for working out.
