I think my bc pill is affecting my progress as far as muscle mass gain is concern and that ish is making me tired all the time. I'm still working out at least 4 days a week but for some reason it's been a struggle.

I read a lot about CLA on Body Types. Apparently it burns the belly fat; lots of girls reported losing their bellies after taking it, and some were taking it with maca.
