I haven't been in a weak since I sprained my ankle.
I also feel extra bloated.

I know that I am very late but I would still love to join this thread. I turn 45 this year. Ermm I need to be consistent with my eating and working out. I am good for the Spring and Summer months but afterwards, I slack off during the Winter.  I hate the cold and it has been really cold in DC this year.
