ab vaccs....Ive shaved roughly 3 inches off my waist thus far. loving it.

^^hasnt proven true for me. Ive always found it easier to workout either in the evenings right after leaving work. --anywhere from 6-8pm

I was doing it for 2 months straight before work, but I took a few weeks off and now I'm struggling to get back into early mornings.
