Just got back from the beach... waiting for my soup to be ready to eat, and then study time.

I like this simple green smoothie formula  ^^^^^^

I would do kale+spinach with flax seed meal, water with oranges or oranges and pineapple.

I lied about that booty machine..I don't do 50 pounds on it. I do 35. Idk how I made that mistake.

Go where? I did workout at home today, I did not feel like driving to the gym but I went old school as hell and did step aerobics CryCryCry  The ladies on the dvd have on leg warmers , leotards and suspect hair. It just burns calories and tones you thighs like neva before Cry

I like workout dvd's but I need to order those jackie Warner ones, I like when they are broken down into body part sections. You dont always need a full body workout, and it seems like they all think lunges and squats are the only exercises ever invented Cry
